John-O is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. John-O is a member of an intelligence agency and was scheduled to meet an informant before Toni Cipriani breaks up the meeting and steals a document. The document details drug use in top sports stars, which Ned Burner (who had acted as a priest), later publishes in Liberty Tree.
