History
Background
Jonnie is a bartender in the Red Light District of Portland Island, Liberty City. Jonnie and Vinnie are old friends, and Mike finds Jonnie after being informed of this by 8-Ball.
Events of GTA Advance
Jonnie then employs Mike to do various missions, which are intended to pay off Vinnie's debt to him. The missions include rescuing his drunk girlfriend, collecting parts for a 'special brew', destroying a bar using explosives in an Idaho, collecting a rocket launcher from Portland Harbor, stopping a smoking bill and collecting money to pay off Jonnie's debts.
