Jose is a character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is a deceased high ranking member of the Los Santos Vagos. A large graffiti mural dedicated to him can be found on the side of a building in the Rancho Projects at Jamestown Street in Rancho, Los Santos. The mural shows his name, along with the illustration of an eagle and some text reading "In Memory" and "RIP Homie".
