K. Rosenberg & Co. is a law firm run by Ken Rosenberg that appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Description[]

Chronologically, the law firm is first mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, set in 1984, the same year it was established. After the mission Nice Package, it is mentioned that his company has begun to represent the Vice News Network legally, with the company advising people, through a VNN news report, to quote the second amendment of the American constitution if they are prosecuted for illegally using a firearm after the open gun fights in the Downtown district which happened during the next mission.

Its office is located in the Hotel Harrison in Washington Beach, Vice City. Rosenberg represents Tommy Vercetti, Avery Carrington, and Giorgio Forelli, and his missions in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City are triggered from the office. It is also where he lays low from the Forellis during the early part of the game's storyline.

As mentioned by Ken Rosenberg in The Introduction movie in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, he has been disbarred from the law, meaning that he can no longer practice law, and his law firm is defunct by 1992. Eventually he starts working as the accountant for the famous Los Santos rapper Madd Dogg in the same year.

Trivia[]

  • During cutscenes inside the office, the scenery outside does not match with the scenery around Hotel Harrison. The scenery is actually located south of the underground mall near Collar & Cuffs, possibly suggesting the office was originally located there.
