Kenny Loggins is the DJ of the Los Santos Rock Radio station in GTA V.
In real life he is an American singer and song writer, known for his soft rock music in the 70s and for writing and performing for movie soundtracks in the 80s. He's released six platinum albums, two as part of the duo Loggins & Messina.

His song I'm Free (Heaven Helps the Man), from the Footloose OST is featured on the LS Rock Radio station.
