Almost all the taxis but Roman Bellic's taxis belong to the LCC Taxis company. The company's taxis are the most common vehicles in GTA IV. The taxi drivers of the company are rude and ill-tempered.
After the mission "Bull in a China Shop", Niko can stop taxis and can ask a ride.
