LB is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and an associate of Grove Street Families gang member Ryder. Ryder describes how LB told him about the firearms owned by Colonel Fuhrberger, which he and Carl Johnson steal and take to LB's lock-up in Playa del Seville. Ryder also mentions him during the mission Robbing Uncle Sam, describing him as "real reliable" and "a clockwork ninja". His lock-up is also used during the burglary side missions as a drop-off point for stolen goods, suggesting that he could be somewhat involved in the black market. LB's name may be a reference to Long Beach and he's also implied to live in East Beach, which is based on Long Beach.
