Lancaster is an expensive residential neighborhood in Algonquin, Liberty City. It is bordered by Middle Park East to the south, Middle Park along Columbus Avenue to the west, East Holland to the north and by the Humboldt River, direct to the Dukes to the east. The neighborhood comprises of medium rise, expensive apartments, which are mainly inhabited by Downtown business people. One of the girlfriends that Niko can meet, Alex Chilton lives in a rich apartment in Lancaster, and the Myroom user Francis "Little Frankie" Ferguson aka "Pimpdog1620" states he lives in Lancaster meaning he comes from a very rich family. Huang Lee also owns an apartment in Lancaster. A Terroil filling station is located on Albany Ave, Lancaster.

Transportation

• Lancaster's subway station is the Quartz East station, located at the intersection of Albany Avenue and Quartz Street. It is served by the Algonquin Outer Line.
• One of the city's most important bridges, the East Borough Bridge has its Algonquin access in Lancaster. The bridge can be accessed from Ruby Street, at the intersections with both Bismarck and Albany Avenues.

• The name of the neighborhood is a reference to the Wars of the Roses between the Houses of Lancaster and York, given that is based on the New York City neighborhood of Yorkville.

Restaurants

• One of two branches of the high end restaurant, the Superstar Café is located in Lancaster, along Bismarck Avenue between Ruby Street and Quartz Street. The other branch belongs to Star Junction in the heart of the city.
