The Land Mine is a weapon that was cut from Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Model and textures for the weapon still remain in GTA III's game files (mine.dff and mine.txd). The same files can also be found in Vice City's game files, suggesting that the weapon was dropped again. A functional version of the weapon can be obtained with a cheat device in Vice City Stories. It works like a bomb and will only go off when touched by a pedestrian or vehicle. Although the weapon didn't feature in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas or in its game files, the radio station inside Ammu-Nation stores advertises land mines.
