Lei Ming is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto 1. Lei Ming runs the Drooping Lotus in Aye Valley, San Andreas. Lei Ming pays protection money to Uncle Fu, who sends the protagonist to collect his money.
Trivia
- Lei-Ming's name sounds very similar to the word "lemming". This could be a reference to the videogame Lemmings, developed by Rockstar North when they were DMA Design.
- Lei-Ming's name also sounds very similar to the Metal Gear Solid character, "Mei-Ling", except Lei-Ming's name is reversed.
