Liberty City Community College, as known in short as Liberty City College and by its in-game sign as St. Matthias University, is a college based in Liberty Campus, Staunton Island, Liberty City.
The college is run by Dean Smegley,[1] with Eric Ershwitz also employed by the college as the Professor for Contemporary Crime.[2]
The college was named worst in the United States, resulting in the appointment of Smegley as the Dean of the college. The college, under Smegley, is abandoning the old methods of evaluating and old subjects, replacing them with diplomas for subjects such as street cleaning and grading students on how bad they look. Using these figures, the college would move to 34th in the league tables.[3]Liberty City Community College is based on Columbia Univeristy in Manhattan, in a very small and a slightly different.
