Links Bridge

The Links Bridge

The Links Bridge is a two-lane beam bridge connecting the center of Little Haiti on Vice City Mainland to the Leaf Links golf course located on Vice City Beach in Vice City. In GTA Vice City, the Links Bridge is rarely used by vehicular traffic but pedestrians do walk across it. Due to its proximity to Leaf Links, Caddies are usually seen traveling on the bridge. The bridge's design is based on the PortMiami bridge.

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the bridge is closed in the beginning of the game due to a hurricane warning. It is unlocked after completing the mission Phnom Penh '86 for GTA Vice City or From Zero to Hero for GTA Vice City Stories.

In GTA Vice City, there's a Predator located underneath the bridge on the eastern side and in GTA Vice City Stories, a Dinghy spawns close to the eastern end underneath.

Trivia Edit

  • There is a realism error based on the lighting on the bridge as the appearences are based in 1984 and 1986, which is that the PortMiami bridge didn't have lighting beneath it before the mid-1990's, but this may have been overlooked by the developers, which may not had known this.
