The unnamed tower in Los Santos is a massive skyscraper in Downtown, Los Santos. It is the tallest sitting building in the State of San Andreas, standing at a height of 1,018 ft (310 m). It is a replica of the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, California.

Players may make Carl Johnson jump from the rooftop, since the rooftop is accessible through the

ground entrance.

There is a parachute spawn on the rooftop, making it safer to base jump. Occasionally, a Maverick will also spawn at the helipad on the rooftop.
The tower is slightly taller than the real life U.S. Bank Tower. But in GTA V is it a bit more realistic and more average size like the real Bank Tower.
Glitch
Due to a loading glitch, the tower will occasionally appear mostly invisible, except for the top. This has led to some misconceptions that the "floating" helipad is a UFO.
GTA V
In the Grand Theft Auto V trailer the Los Santos Tower is still seen behind the Mile High Club. This time the building looks more like the real US Bank tower. Also it is unknown if you can get to the roof.
