Luis Guzmán (born August 28, 1956 in Cayey, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican actor and voice actor who voiced Ricardo Diaz in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He is best known for his appearance in Carlito's Way. Guzman's numerous movie credits include Carlito`s Way, Rise to Power, Henry & Me, Welcome to Collinwood, Stonewall, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, The Salten Sea, Lolo's Cafe, Fast Food Nation, Waiting, Turbo, Dumb and Dumberer, and We're the Millers.
