Exclusively featured on radio ads in San Andreas, Lustrious is a Black hair care product that gives one's hair a wet, curly look when used. It's most likely a parody of Luster's hair products, specifically the S-Curl hair kit, which is widely used among the African-American population. However, unlike its real-life counterpart, Lustrious has ridiculous side effects such as: Coughing, boo-booing (defecation), hurling (vomiting), and rigor mortis. Obviously since it's only featured on radio ads, it never appears in stores. The commercials can most likely be heard when listening to CSR 103.9. Their catchphrase is "Let your 'fro glow!"
Trivia
