Maurice, was a bouncer at Bahama Mamas. He is featured in the mission Boulevard Baby in The Ballad of Gay Tony. In the mission he is told to make sure nobody comes into the manager's office at the club whilst Luis Lopez receives oral sex from Monique. Maurice fled after witnessing the murder of his boss, Vic Manzano.
