The Mendez Mansion is one of the three mansions found in Prawn Island in Vice City. The mansion is present in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Circa 1984
In 1984, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the mansion is owned by Diego and Armando Mendez, also known as the Mendez Brothers. The mansion is in a beautiful state along with the other two beside it. The player will always start missions for the Mendez Brothers here, though after Armando Mendez died and Diego seeked refuge at the Mendez Building, the mansion fell to the hands of the Sharks. The mansion has a swimming pool and a tennis court. Also there is a Domestobot serving in the house. Two Sentinel XS vehicles are always parked outside.
Circa 1986
In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which is set in 1986, the mansion is now run-down and vandalized by the Sharks with the other two mansions recklessly vandalized as well. A Gang Burrito can be found parked next to the house and there is a Micro-SMG on the front porch. The player can not enter the building.
