Milton James (born on February 23, 1942) is an American voice actor and actor who also uses the pseudonyms Richard Barnes, Milt Jamin, and Murray Williams. He provided the voice of United Liberty Paper contact in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V.
