History
Events of GTA IV
His only appearance in GTA IV is in the mission Tunnel of Death, in which he is seen helping the NOOSE escort Aiden O'Malley from Algonquin to the Alderney State Correctional Facility.
When Niko Bellic and Packie McReary ram the Booth Tunnel so that the police can't pass it, Mitch gets out of the NOOSE vehicle to tell Niko to get out of the way. Niko and Packie then kill Mitch and the rest of the NOOSE squad escorting Aiden to kill him for ranting about one of Packie's brothers, while in prison.
