The HVY Mixer is a large truck-based cement mixer featured in Grand Theft Auto V. It is the successor to the Cement Truck seen in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Design
The Mixer is designed with the usual cement mixer that is always in its back. However, has two different versions that only differs in aestethic and both performs the same: The Biff-based variant and the Tipper-based variant.
First Generation (Biff-mixer)
Like its counterpart, is based partially on a Kenworth T800 but modified with Phantom's headlights and front mud guards. This variant features 2 wheels on the rear end, at the top, which aren't functional.
Second Generation (Tipper-mixer)
Based on the International Harvester S-2500 chassis, the Tipper-based variant is exactly the same as the 4-wheels variant of the original vehicle. This variant doesn't feature the wheels seen on the Biff variant.
Performance
As expected, the Mixer has very poor performance. The Mixer has a slow speed but makes up for its brute force in pushing other vehicles. Due to its high center of gravity, it tips on its side quite easily, especially when navigating over rough, uneven terrain.
Locations
GTA V
- Can be seen driving around the Port of Los Santos.
- One can be found parked near a house in Sandy Shores only a block north-west from Trevor's Trailer.
- Sometimes parked in the construction sites around Los Santos.

Trivia
- The vehicle itself is considered as an HVY vehicle, even when the Tipper is manufactured by Brute. This most likely a conversion, like the Romero and the Stretch.
