Mona Lott is a prostitute that works a Joseph Daniel O'Toole Paulie's Revue bar who is seen talking to him in the cutscene of Blow Up Dolls and is also one of the girls who Giovanni Casa picks up in the mission Snappy Dresser. It is revealed that her name is Mona Lott when she is a playable character in the multiplayer games in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
