Mr. Whittaker is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Mr. Whittaker does speak, although his voice actor was not credited in the game manual. Mr. Whittaker runs the RS Haul company in Flint County, he is known to be a long time associate of Catalina. His relation to her can be seen in the mission Tanker Commander, when Catalina and Carl Johnson dropped off a tanker full of gas to him. Mr. Whittaker distributes both legal and illegal products with RS Haul, and later employs Carl Johnson to help deliver products around the state of San Andreas within a time limit, a damage limit and/or with police chasing the truck. Mr. Whittaker then has the RS Haul in Flint County be an asset which generates up to $2000 a day to Carl Johnson.
