Nagasaki is a vehicle manufacturer in the HD Universe of Grand Theft Auto. The company is based on Kawasaki. The company manufactuers a variety of vehicles including high performance motorbikes, ATVs, boats, and the Buzzard helicopter.
The name of the company is likely inspired by the city of Nagasaki in Japan, which is famous for being destroyed by a nuclear bomb in WWII.
If the player doesn't choose Option A) and Trevor is still alive after the final story mission Ron will text him saying he left something cool at the trailer. That something is a unique Nagasaki Blazer with a flame paint job that is longer in length than other Blazer's.
It is odd that Nagasaki manufactures the Buzzard, since it is based on the AH-6 which is an American helicopter.
This can be explained, however. In The Ballad of Gay Tony, the Buzzard had no manufacturer because the helicopter was a prototype. Between 2009 and 2013, it is possible that the U.S. government acquired the specifications to manufacture the helicopter and outsourced Buzzard production to Nagasaki.
It may also be a reference to real-life Kawasaki under-license production of the OH-6 Cayuse helicopters, so one can also assume that Nagasaki is producing the Buzzard under license.
