The Flag of New Zealand
New Zealand is a country whose OFLC (NZ) rating system is sometimes considered to be slightly more harsh than the one in Australia. For example, Australians can play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas at 15, while New Zealanders have to wait until their 18th birthday to purchase or rent the game.
