Officer Miller is a member of the Vice City Police Department in 1986, who can be heard on VCPD radio chatter in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Miller can often be heard arguing with Officer Jones, responding to crimes, or making jokes about his fellow officers to Jackson, the VCPD radio controller.
Trivia
- Miller appears to share the same voice actor as the VCPD's helicopter pilots. Whether this means that Miller himself is a pilot or simply a patrol officer is unknown.
