Oleg Minkov's House, appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, is located on Iroquois Avenue, Hove Beach, Broker.
Description[]
Oleg Minkov's house is a traditional Libertonian brownstone part of a series of identical rowhouses designed in the mid-19th century. A distinctive bay window spans the height of the facade, which is animated by Neoclassical ornamentation. The house has three floors above grade, with a stoop (from Dutch stoep meaning 'staircase') leading to the parlour floor, and one floor on-grade which is set within a sunken courtyard. Inside, a corridor distributes the living room, which is streetside, and the kitchen which faces a rear alleyway that runs along the rowhouses. An inaccessible door located at the end of the corridor leads to the alleyway. Though the house is only accessible during the mission Wrong is Right, the player can still peer inside through the window of the kitchen or through the front door window.
Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]
The location is only featured in the mission Wrong is Right. Niko Bellic is sent by United Liberty Paper to infiltrate the home for evidence of Minkov's subversive activities. After hacking his laptop and learning of Minkov's current whereabouts, Niko is sent to kill him.

Trivia[]
- The house doesn't have a staircase leading to the upper floors.
- A portrait of Mr. McReary and Maureen McReary can be found above the fireplace. This is a slight oversight, as the fireplace and the portrait are part of a single model that was copied from the McReary Residence.
- The front door is only opened in the mission and remains locked for the rest of the game, although the player can still enter it in Multiplayer.
