The Palmer-Taylor Power Station is power station in Grand Theft Auto V.
It can be visited during Vinewood Souvenirs - The Last Act mission. In the final mission of the storyline, if players choose option B(The Time's Come ) to kill Michael, then Franklin will chase Michael to the station, too.
There is Armor inside the building near the entrance (see photo) and a sniper rifle on the northernmost smoke stack.
