Latest revision as of 00:55, 27 February 2024

We have found Yu Pong's betrayer. Wun Tun Chun is acting suspiciously. Follow him.

Mandarin Mayhem - Phone 4: Mission 2 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto available during San Andreas Chapter 1: Mandarin Mayhem, given to the protagonist by Uncle Fu's Crime Syndicate contact. The mission is a continuation of the first mission available from the fourth phone (from the left) in central Market in San Andreas, and begins immediately after completing or attempting it.

Description

After dropping off Yu Pong's blue Portsmouth and its cargo at Uncle Fu's garage in southwest Sailor's Wharf, the protagonist is informed that Uncle Fu has identified Yu Pong's betrayer: Wun Tun Chun has been acting very suspicious and needs to be followed from southwest Chinatown. He eventually leads the protagonist to one of Jimmy the Shovel's hideouts in southeast Glen Wood. The protagonist then has 60 seconds to take Wun Tun Chun's car to the bomb shop in central Sailor's Wharf and then back to the hideout before it is missed. After taking the car back, Wun Tun Chun is immediately killed when the bomb detonates as soon as he gets in and the mission is complete.

Reward

The player is awarded 35,000 points and +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.

Note: This is the dialogue for the PC version of the game. There may be some minor changes compared to the PlayStation and Game Boy Color versions.

Uncle Fu's Gang contact: We have found Yu Pong's betrayer. Wun Tun Chun is acting suspiciously. Follow him.
The protagonist locates Wun Tun Chun in Southwest Chinatown and follows him to Northeast Market.
Uncle Fu's Gang contact: Traitorous wretch. That is one of Jimmy the Shovel's hideouts. Bring his car!
The protagonist steals Wun Tun Chun's Bug and plants a bomb.
Uncle Fu's Gang contact: I have fitted a bomb. Return the car to where you found it, quickly.
The protagonist takes the Bug back to Northeast Market.
Uncle Fu's Gang contact: Very good, now get out of the car and stand well back to admire the fireworks.
Wun Tun Chun enters the Bug and dies with the explosion.
Uncle Fu's Gang contact: Most satisfying. His soul now resides in the hell where people are skinned alive and dipped in lemon juice!
