Phone 31 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto 1 level 5, Bent Cop Blues, given to the Protagonist by Samuel Deever. It is available from the third phone (bottom left) in southwest Vice Shores.
Mission
The mission begins with Deever informing the protagonist that some punk is pulling a bank job without asking Deever's permission. The protagonist must go to southeast Banana Grove, steal the guy's red Brigham and then go and collect him from the bank in northwest Richman Heights. After collecting him, he must be taken to the garage in central Banana Grove, whilst avoiding the police, to complete the mission.
Reward
The player is awarded 45,000 points and a +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.
