Poncho

Poncho was scheduled to be a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who was dropped during the development of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Poncho was scheduled to be an ally of Frank Tenpenny who was in trouble with LSPD Officer Carver. Tenpenny sends Carl Johnson to kill Carver (during the mission Doberman) and to save Poncho from being arrested, believing that Poncho will talk.
