Power-ups in Grand Theft Auto 2 encompass a variety of pickups that primarily alter the player's behavior, grant them temporary or permanent benefits that can aid the player during missions, dire situations, or simply for fun.

Power-ups can be acquired via two methods, by either finding them in specific locations in the city, or by crushing cars. The former is usually less effective, as all power-ups, with the exception of the armor and health pickups, will not respawn after being acquired.
