Queen Lizzy is character mentioned in Grand Theft Auto III. She is believed to be the girlfriend or wife of Uptown Yardies leader King Courtney. She tells King Courtney that the Diablos were "dissing" her so Courtney sends Claude to slaughter many Diablos gang members.
