Rachel Gittler (born in New York) is an American actress, voice actress and production assistant.

Gittler is known for being the production assistant on six episodes of Law & order: Criminal Intent.
She provided the voice of Poppy Mitchell in The Ballad of Gay Tony, Grand Theft Auto V and in the After Hours update for Grand Theft Auto Online.
