Randy Boner is a resident of Liberty City in 1998. Boner is a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He assumes the appearance of an African-American man, wearing a dark blue jacket, brown shorts and a white cap with the Rockstar Games logo on it. He and Ekant Sing, another multiplayer character, share the same voice and dialogue. The name refers to the slang term "erection".
