The Bravado Rat-Truck is a pickup truck featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Festive Surprise update.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto V and Online[]
The Rat-Truck is essentially a clean/restored Rat-Loader, sharing the same chassis, front and cabin design. However, it is permanently fitted with what looks like the Chopped Truck Bed option from the original with wooden planks and a dedicated tailgate, as well as a rear license plate. It also has a cleaner interior, which uses the same dial set and textures as the Bobcat XL in the Enhanced version.
The truck is only painted with a primary color for the bodywork, truck bed and tailgate, and has a set of wheels identical to the "Classic Rod" wheels available in Los Santos Customs and other mod shops, with the rear wheels being wider. The rims can also support a dedicated color, although only naturally-generated examples may have one (usually assigning the default alloy color, except for one set assigning a red color).

Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto V and Online[]
The Rat-Truck improves upon the Rat-loader with improved acceleration, a slightly higher top speed, and a tighter cornering circle. Braking distance seems to also have been reduced as well, lending the Rat-Truck to be mostly a straight upgrade over the Rat-Loader. Durability is average for the Rat-Truck, as the vehicle retains most of its structural integrity after severe collisions, and its engine is fairly durable.
The Rat-Tuck is powered by the same V8 engine with the double-barrel carburetors derived from the Rat-Loader, although its sound is vastly different, being a louder engine sound quite similar to the one on the Slamvan.

- Despite having a plate on the rear end, there is no option to change it. However, it could be customized by using the iFruit App to change the license plate.
Bugs/Glitches[]
Grand Theft Auto V and Online[]
- By braking and accelerating at the same time in a fully upgraded Rat-Truck, it will travel at speeds faster than 140 miles per hour.[1]
- The tailgate lacks a proper opening/closing animation and opens inwards, partially clipping with the wooden bed. This is best seen in GTA Online with the "Vehicle Doors" option in the Interaction Menu.
