Ristorante Ecoli is a restaurant located in Fort Staunton, Staunton Island, Liberty City in 1998, the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. After the mission Bringing the House Down, the restaurant is destroyed.

The restaurant's name has the word Ecoli, which is a form of bacteria, where different strands do drastically different things. One strand is a cause for food poisoning, meaning that the name 'Ristorante Ecoli' is a comical name used by Rockstar Games, implying that the conditions are unsanitary within the restaurant.

A PSG-1 sniper appears on the balcony of the restaurant. Several soldiers also patrol its ruins.
