Roca Escalante

Roca Escalante is one of Las Venturas' many districts, housing several restaurants and hotels such as the V-Rock Hotel, based on the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This district is also where the Las Venturas Police Department (LVPD) are headquartered. To the left of Roca Escalante is The Emerald Isle casino, while to the south is the Old Venturas Strip. To the east is the Julius Thruway East and the district of Creek. To the north, meanwhile, are Spinybed, Prickle Pine and K.A.C.C. Military Fuels.

The district is featured several times in the game, such as during the Cop Wheels mission; CJ steals two police motorcycles in the district; one near the LVPD Headquarters, and one near the V-Rock Hotel.
