Say Cheese is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given to protagonist Victor Vance by avant garde film director Reni Wassulmaier from the InterGlobal Films Studios on Prawn Island, Vice City.
Victor has been messaged by Reni and informed that she has some more work for him. When arriving at the InterGlobal Films' course, Reni is seen making a film. After a long on-going talk between them, Reni tells Victor that there's a commercial and they need a stuntman. Victor gets on a Jetski and goes through all the checkpoints while being filmed by a Maverick following him from above. After a while Victor eventually reaches the shore in Ocean Beach and hops on a PCJ-600 bike with special handling. After going through all the checkpoints he is rewarded and a bit of Köck cheese is shown outside the door of a house.
In order to complete the mission the player must:
- Head over to the jetty
- Get on the JetSki
- Follow the course. The cameras will start rolling when you reach the first marker
- Now get on that bike
- Follow the course
The cash reward for completing the mission is $850, plus the mission Kill Phil: Part 2 is unlocked once the mission Purple Haze is completed. In addition, an optional series of side missions called Watersports is unlocked. Victor also gets to keep the PCJ-600.
- The objective of the mission is similar to G-Spotlight. Both of these missions are for film directors.
- While talking about making a film about Vic Vance's "For my brother" line, Reni subtly mentions the storyline of GTA: VCS, The two brothers are obviously Lance and Victor Vance, the "pig" is supposedly Louise Cassidy-Williams (Vic's love interest) and the three swans are Jerry Martinez and the Mendez brothers.
- Sometimes in the PSP version you might fail the mission right when you start it, saying that one of the cameramen has died. A possible reason to this is that one of the cameramen had fallen from Blue Hell and died due to the fall.
