The building is located on Cassidy Street in [[Schottler]] and is unique as it includes a small patch of grass in front of the building, and an [[ambulance]] bay in the rear; though they most often are parked in front. The building uses the same interior as other hospitals, and the waiting area has a [[Sprunk]] vending machine (like all other [[Hospitals|hospitals in Liberty City]].)

This is a commonly known hospital since [[Jon Gravelli]] died there near the end of the storyline. Also, this is one of the most common hospitals for [[Niko Bellic|Niko]] to die in because he is near [[Broker]] for the main part of the story.
