The Shark's Leader
The Streetwannabe's Leader is a character featured in missions The Chase and Phnom Penh '86. He apearently stole 3% of Diaz'smoney and he was not happy about it. Tommy was supposed to follow him during the The Chase to see where he lives and during Phnom Penh '86 you have to kill him and return the money. Though even after his death the Streetwannabe's are not hostile to Tommy. His appearence is very uniqe from other gang members.
