Design
Initially famous for transporting high grade cocaine out of Latin America, the Smuggler's blistering speed and power are now used primarily to transport investment bankers and their trophy wives on day trips to Happiness Island. - Official website description.

The Smuggler is the fastest of the 3 new boats in The Ballad of Gay Tony, it is also the longest. Its acceleration is good, as well as its turning.
Locations
- Can rarely be obtained near Happiness Island or the Docks at The Golden Pier.
- Will spawn during Drug Wars (Water-based only).
- Spawns for a boat that the player can use during Triathlons
