"Soviet Connection" is the theme song and introductory music for Grand Theft Auto IV. It is composed by Michael Hunter, who also composed the theme song for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The full music is available on the Special Edition Soundtrack CD, making it one of only two Grand Theft Auto themes to be officially released to date (the other being the "Theme From Vice City").
One of the potential jingles on GTA IV's version of the Mr. Tasty uses the melody of the song.
