The icon for the Spray Can.

The Spray Can is a weapon in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas that has different uses. The weapon is introduced to the player in the mission Tagging Up Turf.

Uses

It can also be used for killing someone by spraying onto a person. It chokes them until they are dead, but it isn't very useful for a lot of threats.

Locations

Ganton, Los Santos - In the upstairs bedroom of the Johnson House after completing the mission Tagging Up Turf.
Ganton, Los Santos - On the Pawn Shop roof, behind the Johnson house.
Las Colinas, Los Santos - Behind a house in the center of the district.
Sobell Rail Yards, Las Venturas - Between two storage buildings.

Trivia

The spray can makes a brief cameo in The Lost and Damned, during the opening cutscene.

In GTA San Andreas, if the player sprays in front of a mirror, the spray will not have a reflection.
Since you are able to kill with it, the spray can is technically the first weapon you receive in the game.
It is possible to make your spraycan become unlimited ammo at the very beginning of the game without using cheat codes, trainers or etc.. To do so, keep stocking your spraycan "ammo" from The Johnson House, and after its "clip" has reached over 10000, its "ammo" will become unlimited.
