Squid Row is a seafood restaurant in lower Algonquin, Liberty City. It is inaccessible to the player. The first time the restaurant is mentioned is when Luis' friend Daisie Cash-Cooze wants to stop a target from releasing a porn video of herself to a public audience. Luis and Daisie go to Squid Row to check if the target is there but he has already finished eating. They eventually find him in Star Junction.
