Steve is, in 1998, the co-host of The Electron Zone program on LCFR in Liberty City. He is voiced by Ptolemy Slocum. He is also known as his IRC name IP Sniffer. He is also in support of the movie The Mainframe. During the show he states he buys his cat litter online so he won't have to support his local businesses.
