They appear as controllable animals when the player consumes a peyote plant and can be found in certain parts of the ocean.
Peyote Plants were also added to Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of the The Diamond Casino & Resort update, with stingrays being one of the possible animals to transform into.
