The album was released by OG Loc in 1992, and was immediately poorly received, contributing to his downfall after being sued by Blastin' Fools Records. It is the only album released by OG Loc during his short career in the music business. The album was recorded and published shortly after his release from prison.

It includes the songs "Hard in the Yard", "4 to a Cell", "Iz U Packin?", "Loc is the Name", "Don't U Know I'm Loc, Oh Man?", and the demo track "It's Loc Baby".

According to Big Smilky, a blogger and owner of the westcoastraplegends.com website (as part of the promotional material for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas), the album is considered lost media by 2004, with only a rare, small segment of his demo track being preserved on the blog.[1]
