Stretch Armstrong is a New York radio personailty/DJ who has released several mixtapes, as well as having worked with many underground and popular artists. Known for his role in the "Stretch Armstrong & Bobbito Radio Show" on WKCR-FM 89.9 FM (aka. 89 Tek-Nine) from 1990-1998 alongside Bobbito Garcia. After 1998 he left the show to do another show on Hot 97, NYC.

In the late 90's he worked with Game Recordings. Through this association, he appeared on Game Radio, one of the fictitious stations featured in the popular Grand Theft Auto III video game as himself, along with Lord Sear.

His mixtapes have featured appearances from the likes of Pretty Ugly, Royce Da 5'9", Krumbsnatcha, Company Flow, R.A. The Rugged Man, Shadez Of Brooklyn and Hillfiguz.
