Tahir Saeed (Arabic:طاهر سعيد) was an Arab working for Yusuf Amir along with Ahmed. He and Ahmed had set up a meeting with Yusuf at the tourist cleared observation deck of Rotterdam Tower, but when Luis Lopez showed up in his place and walked into a NOOSE trap they had set up in order to take control over the property business, Tahir was thrown from the observation deck by Luis and falls to his death landing on a Taxi.
