Anyone know why 1959-1982 Checker Cabs look like they're from 1958? Thescarydude 01:31, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
the reason for this is that it was a populer design so the checker stayed the same for 24 years See Wikipedia - Chip2007 2:20PM 9 April 2008 (GMT)
Resemblence
I was watching Pawn Stars on History, today and there was an episode where the Harrisons were buying a 1940's - 1950's Chevy Racecar. I noticed that the front resembled the Cabbie greatly. I'll try uploading an image of the Racecar and compare it to the Cabbie.
